We managed to shoot a quick hands on video with the Acer NeoTouch earlier today at the local Windows Phone event in Taipei, Taiwan and the handset is pretty impressive. Windows Phone has one new key feature that we think a lot of users will find appealing and that is YouTube video playback that you can see a short example of in the video after the break.

The Acer NeoTouch is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm 8250 Snapdragon processor and the 3.8-inch display features WVGA resolution (800x480 pixels) and in general the build quality of the handset felt very good. You can find some more details about the NeoTouch which was previously known as the F1 here
