ViewSonic to launch three new notebooks tomorrow

thumb_VNB132ViewSonic is getting ready to launch three new notebooks tomorrow in Taiwan, although at the moment we don't have a lot of details of what ViewSonic is readying, but we'll be on location tomorrow to bring you the news as it happens.

What we do know is there will be three new models, a 12.1, a 13.3 and a 14.1-incher. Judging by the earlier details released by laptop mag we do at least have an idea of what to expect. The VNB132 that was previewed by laptop mag might have changed name according to one of our sources, but the hardware should be the same. This means that we're talking about Intel's CULV platform, although sadly we don't have any specifics as to what to expect for each of the three new models.

ViewSonic's recently launched netbooks, the VNB100 and VNB101 are currently selling for €205/306 and €246/$368 in Taiwan, which are exceptionally good prices for netbooks. We might also get to see the VNB102 tomorrow which will be ViewSonic's third netbook. Make sure to check back with us tomorrow for coverage from the launch event.
