The ProBook 5310m is quite a different kettle of fish and it’s more of an entry level business notebook than a consumer device, however, the pricing isn’t too steep to make it a viable consumer option for some.
It will be available either with a dual core Celeron SU2300 processor which is clocked at 1.2GHz and comes with 1MB of L2 cache, or an Intel Core 2 Duo SP9300 at 2.26 GHz with 6MB L2 cache. It will also be available with one to 4GB of DDR3 memory depending on configuration.
The 5310m uses the same Intel GS45 chipset as the Intel SKU of the dm3. It will be available with hard drives ranging from 160 to 320GB or an SSD with a capacity of 80 or 128GB. One interesting feature is the option of integrated WAN in the shape of a cellular module that supports either EV-DO or HSDPA.
Other features include various WiFi options including full 802.11a/b/g/n support, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR , a DisplayPort connector, a memory card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, three USB 2.0 ports of which one is powered for use with an optional external optical drive, a combo headphone/mic jack and a webcam.
The 5310m has yet again a chicklet type keyboard and a touch pad with gesture support, but apparently not multitouch. At 328x221x23.5mm (WxDxH) and  1.72kg the 5310m seems to be an interesting travel companion, especially when you consider that the standard Li-Polymer battery is rated at 7h of usage with an optional high-capacity battery improving on the already decent battery life.
Price wise you’re looking at $699 (€478) for the basic Celeron model, while the Core 2 Duo model starts at $899 (€614).
