Although yesterdays unveiling turned out to be nothing but yet another fashion netbook, we did find out that Asus is indeed working on a new model with AMD’s Brazos APU.

We didn’t get much in terms of details about this new model as it’s not quite ready for prime time yet, but we’d expect it to be on display at Cebit in early March.

However, we did get a model name, although this might still change before the launch, but as of right now, it’s known as the Eee PC 1005B where we presume the B stands for Brazos.
