We’ve scored a couple of pictures of a burgundy red version of Asus’ soon to be available Eee PC 1201N, although apart from the new colour around the keyboard and the fact that this is a final production model, it doesn’t really differ from the pre-production unit we got our hands on a little while back.

The build quality seemed to be a little bit more solid and refined compared to the pre-production unit and it’s up to Asus’ usual netbook standards. We’re not sold on the new colour option though, but if all black isn’t your thing, then maybe this is the option you’ve been waiting for.
